The Sales Consultant (Outbound Sales Specialist) is responsible for proactively identifying sales opportunities, engaging potential customers, and driving revenue growth through outbound sales activities. Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Conduct outbound sales activities (cold calling, emails, and follow-ups) to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Present products and services effectively to potential clients.
- Handle objections and respond to customer queries professionally.
Product Knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered.
- Present tailored solutions that clearly communicate value, features, and benefits.

Sales Process
- Manage the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and qualify leads through research and outreach.

Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Certificate, Diploma, or relevant experience in Finance, Insurance, or Sales
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
- Confidence in initiating contact with potential clients
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and confidently
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Debt Counselling experience (advantageous)
