Seeking HR Coordinator for Permanent Management role in Limpopo.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Labour Management and Recruitment Support
  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage databases, and prepare HR documents
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations
  • Employee Relations: Handle inquiries, support conflict resolution, foster workplace culture
  • Training & Development: Coordinate programs, track progress, support performance management
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with enrolment, updates, and employee queries
  • Health & Safety: Collaborate to promote safety and well-being culture

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-10 years HR operations experience in mining, construction or similar
  • 3 years leadership experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
