Job Title: Assistant Records Officer – UNGUJA – 1 Post
Responsibilities
- Receiving letters and recording them.
- Filing letters in the appropriate subject files.
- Registering letters in the correspondence register book.
- Placing letters in the received mail folder.
- Filing letters in the appropriate subject files.
- Delivering and following up files to the respective offices.
- Preparing work performance reports including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be a Zanzibari aged not more than forty-six (46) years.
- Must hold a Diploma in Records Management from a recognized institution by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar.
