About the Role
The Officer – Supporter Relations will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with international supporters. The role focuses on communication, donor engagement, and supporter stewardship to ensure donors feel valued and connected to the school’s mission.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative, and people-focused professional who enjoys communication and relationship-building across cultures.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting personalized donor stewardship, including thank-you emails, gifts, and special communications.
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate supporter updates and engagement materials.
- Maintaining accurate supporter records and databases.
- Assisting in planning supporter tours, Zoom meetings, and engagement events.
- Preparing background research and communication materials for supporter activities.
- Monitoring engagement performance and reporting against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Providing feedback to improve supporter communication and engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have:
- A diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Development, or a related field.
- Excellent English writing skills with strong attention to detail and tone.
- Experience in donor relations, customer service, fundraising, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications:

- Excel
Added Advantage:
- Experience using supporter databases or email design platforms.
