The Executive Director of Buchosa District Council invites qualified Tanzanians to apply for eight (08) job vacancies in the Council, following the receipt of approval from the President’s Office – Public Service Management and Good Governance.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR APPLICANTS
i. All applicants must be citizens of Tanzania and aged between 18 and 45 years.
ii. Applicants with disabilities are encouraged to apply and should indicate their disability in the online job application system for information to the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat.
iii. All applicants must attach a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) with reliable contact addresses, reachable telephone numbers, an email address, and the names of three (03) trustworthy referees.
iv. Applicants who are already employed in entry-level positions within the Public Service should not apply and must adhere to the instructions contained in Circular No. CAC.45/257/01/D/140 dated 30th November, 2010.
v. All applications must be accompanied by certified copies of academic and professional certificates verified by an Advocate/Lawyer, including Form IV or Form VI certificates (where applicable) and certificates for various professional trainings relevant to the applied position, such as Diploma/Certificates, Form IV and Form VI examination certificates, Computer Certificate, and Professional Certificates from respective Boards.
vi. Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, and Form IV and Form VI Results Slips WILL NOT be accepted.
vii. Applicants who studied outside the country must ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (TCU, NECTA, and NACTE).
viii. Applicants who were dismissed from the Public Service are not allowed to apply unless they have permission from the Chief Secretary.
ix. Submission of forged information or qualifications will result in legal action being taken against the applicant.
x. The deadline for submitting job applications is 29th January, 2026.
