This is the first page displayed after accessing the Immigration Recruitment System.
This page contains the following features: Username, Password, Forgot Password, and Register Account.
In this recruitment system, the username is the NIDA number, and the password is created during the registration process.
How to Register New Account
How to register: click the Register Here link. A small page will open in the middle of the screen (a pop-up). Click Click Here, then enter your NIDA number.
After You Tap the Words “Click here” new page with space to enter your Nida Number will open.
Answer the questions you will be asked to verify your NIDA number. After answering correctly enter email anf phone number to the next page. Verify email using Verification Code you received from ajira immigration.
The system will ask you to log in using your Nida and Password you create and a new page will open.
Fill in your residential details, then upload a passport-size photo (JPG or PNG) and your birth certificate (PDF). After that, click Next.
Fill in your Education Background Correct using Form Four Index Number, Form Six Index Number and Registration Number from College or University you studied.
Basic Education Verification
To verify your primary or secondary education details (for Form Four and Form Six) through NECTA, the applicant should follow these steps:
- Select Education Level
Choose the correct education level (Form Four or Form Six). - Enter Index Number
Provide the exam index number issued by NECTA. - Select Type of Exam Results
Choose the type of results you want to verify (Division or Distinction). - Select Grade
Select the grade you obtained in the respective exam (Grade I to III for Form Four and Grade I to IV for Form Six). - Enter Year of Completion
Specify the year you completed the respective education level (Form Four or Form Six).
