Job Overview

Starrich Consulting International is looking for a qualified and experienced Head of Sales to lead the company’s sales strategy, improve business growth, and drive revenue performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales plans, managing customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships: Lead important client relationships and handle commercial negotiations to support business growth.
  • Sales planning and performance: Oversee sales targets, forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Business expansion: Develop distributor networks and identify new market opportunities.
  • Team leadership: Guide, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve company goals.
  • Market analysis: Monitor competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
  • Achieve targets: Ensure sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Petroleum Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Strategic Management, or related discipline will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership position.
  • Proven experience in increasing sales, managing key accounts, and leading successful sales teams.
  • Experience in Oil Marketing, Lubricants, LPG, Energy, FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred.
