Job Summary (Trade Solutions & Banking Role)

Location: SZ, Hhohho Region, Mbabane – Doctor Sishayi

This role is responsible for developing and owning the framework that enables the scaling of trade solutions across multiple countries, regardless of where the solutions are developed or managed (including Moonshots, Country-level operations, and other units). The position also involves defining, maintaining, and managing trade metrics to support integrated reporting on the overall performance and state of Trade across Business and Commercial Banking (BCB).

The role sits within Business Banking – Trade Africa & China Banking, focusing on delivering innovative and scalable trade finance solutions across the region.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, or Banking

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Africa China Banking or Trade
  • Strong background in relationship management and/or trade sales
  • Extensive knowledge of financial solutions in banking, especially:
    • Trade Finance
    • Foreign Exchange
  • At least 10+ years post-graduation experience
  • Minimum 7 years in managerial roles within commercial banking or financial sales
