  • At least 2 years in a managerial or senior role

Role Overview

Sales Executives will drive sales performance within assigned zones by promoting KAPL products and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit existing and potential customers to promote KAPL products
  • Ensure product availability and visibility in outlets and distribution points
  • Provide product information and respond to customer inquiries
  • Deliver product samples and convert leads into sales
  • Maintain and update a customer database
  • Conduct marketing through calls, emails, and field visits
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide zonal market feedback

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned markets and routes daily to promote products
  • Ensure product availability and proper display in outlets
  • Encourage traders to stock and sell KAPL products
  • Collect orders and coordinate deliveries with the sales team
  • Distribute promotional materials
  • Report stock shortages and competitor activities
  • Maintain records of visited outlets and sales activities
  • Assist in promotional events and campaigns

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Ordinary Level (Form IV)

Experience

  • Experience in hawking, trading, promotions, or field sales is an advantage
