The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of MDAs and LGAs, wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions that interviews are scheduled to be conducted from 16/12/2025 to 22/12/2025. Applicants who successfully pass the interview will later be assigned duty stations. Candidates who have been called for the interviews must observe the following instructions:
1. Interview Schedule
Interviews will be held on the dates indicated in this announcement. The time and venue for each interview have been specified according to each cadre.
2. Face Masks
All candidates must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.
3. Identification Documents
Every candidate must bring a valid identification document for verification.
Accepted IDs include:
Resident ID
Voter’s ID
Work ID
Citizenship ID
Passport
Driver’s License
Introduction letter from the local government office (Street/Village Chairman)
4. Original Certificates
Candidates must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, including:
Birth certificate
Form IV certificate
Form VI certificate
Certificate, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and above (depending on the job requirements)
5. Documents That Will NOT Be Accepted
Candidates submitting any of the following will NOT be accepted and will NOT be allowed to continue with the interview:

Provisional Results
Statement of Results
Form IV and Form VI result slips
