TAMISEMI Job Vacancies 2026: 400 Contract Teaching Posts Announced

Eligible Regions

The vacancies are distributed across secondary schools with high teacher demand in the following regions:

Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Manyara, Simiyu, Kagera, Geita, Tabora, Dodoma, Morogoro, Pwani, and Dar es Salaam.

Requirements & Qualifications

According to section 2.0 and 3.0 of the official notice, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution in any of the following fields:

Bachelor of Education in Business Studies / Business Education
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Economics / Bachelor of Arts in Economics
Other Business-Related Fields

Basic Business Knowledge: Core knowledge of business concepts (teaching experience is not mandatory).
Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills for teaching and learning purposes.
General Conditions:

Must be a Tanzanian citizen aged 42 years or below.
Must possess a National Identification Number (NIDA).
Must not be currently employed by the government or any other institution.
