A reputable organization is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join its team in Mto wa Mbu, Monduli – Arusha Region.
Location

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor vendor accounts
- Manage inventory and support cost control activities
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers and service providers
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory regulations
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Improve financial systems, controls, and use of accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems)
