A well-established local manufacturing company in Warsaw is currently seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join its team as Installers (Fitters). The company specializes in the production and installation of various window covering solutions, including window blinds, plantation shutters, and awnings.
Previous experience in installation or assembly work is an added advantage but is not mandatory. Successful candidates will receive full training and support from the employer.
Job Responsibilities
- Install and assemble blinds, shutters, awnings, and related products.
- Use materials and tools correctly according to installation requirements.
- Read and follow manuals, sketches, and technical drawings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within deadlines.
- Follow workplace safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of installation materials and tools.
- Ability to understand installation instructions and technical documents.
- Good practical and assembly skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good English communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 5,000 – 5,200 PLN (approximately $1,000 – $1,100 USD).

Working Schedule
- 8 hours per day.
- Six working days per week.
- Day shifts, back shifts, and on-call duties may apply.
Accommodation
Hostel-style accommodation is available and provided by the employer. Rooms are shared by 2–3 people. Employees are responsible for utility expenses.
