The Foundation for Community Transformation in Kilimanjaro (FTK) is inviting applications from qualified and passionate professionals for the position of Agriculture & Nutrition Coordinator. Position: Agriculture & Nutrition Coordinator

FTK is seeking a committed, motivated, and skilled individual to support and empower farmers by promoting modern agricultural techniques and sustainable farming practices.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for a range of field and coordination activities, including:
- Working closely with farmers to improve agricultural practices
- Coordinating and implementing agriculture and nutrition programs
- Monitoring field activities and providing practical solutions
- Developing demonstration farms for training and learning purposes
- Supporting farmer training initiatives and capacity building
- Collaborating with village leaders and agricultural officers
- Preparing regular field progress and performance reports
The role requires someone who can effectively combine technical agricultural knowledge with strong community engagement skills.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- Diploma in Agriculture or Nutrition
- Strong computer skills
- At least 2 years of experience working with smallholder farmers
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and crop production in Tanzania
- Fluency in Swahili and English
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
