General Conditions for Applicants – NAFASI Za Kazi Temeke Municipal Council 2026
- I. Eligibility: All applicants must be Tanzanian citizens, aged between 18 and 45.
- II. Birth Certificate: All applicants must attach a birth certificate certified by a Lawyer or Advocate.
- III. Current Public Servants: Applicants already employed in entry-level positions within the Public Service should not apply and must adhere to the instructions in Circular No. CCA.45/257/01/D/140 dated November 30, 2010.
- IV. Documentation: Applicants must attach a detailed CV with reliable contact addresses and phone numbers, as well as the names of three reliable referees.
- V. Academic Certificates: All applications must be accompanied by professional certificates, transcripts, and copies of certificates certified by a Lawyer or Advocate. This includes Form IV, Form VI (for those who attained that level), and certificates of completion for any relevant training.
- VI. Non-Accepted Documents: Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, and Form IV/VI Results Slips will not be accepted.
- VII. Foreign Education: Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (TCU, NECTA, and NACTE).
- VIII. Retired Public Servants: Individuals retired from Public Service are not allowed to apply unless they have permission from the Chief Secretary.
- IX. Name Discrepancies: Applicants with different names on their academic, birth, and NIDA certificates must attach a Deed Poll (Affidavit for name changes).
- X. Spelling Errors: Applicants with spelling differences between their National ID and academic/birth certificates are required to attach an Affidavit.
- XI. Licenses: Applicants whose professions require a license must attach copies of that license.
- XII. Forgery: Applicants who submit forged information or qualifications will face legal action.
