The Heslb announced to diploma students who will be admitted in March (March Intake) that the loan application window for diploma students will be open from 15/02/2026 to 15/03/2026 for students intending to apply for loans in priority fields as specified in the Diploma Guidelines for the academic year 2025/2026.
