Public Service Recruitment Secretariat Announces Interview Results and Job Placements (April 2025 – February 2026)

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform all job applicants who attended interviews for various positions between April 25, 2025 and February 14, 2026 that the official list of successful candidates has now been released.

The published list includes:

Candidates who passed the interview process
Applicants who were selected from the Recruitment Database for different cadres after job vacancies became available

How to Access Your Job Placement Letter

All successful candidates who have been allocated work stations are required to download their official job placement letters through their Ajira Portal accounts.

To access your letter:

Log in to your Ajira Portal account
Go to the “My Applications” section
Download and print your job placement letter
Report to your assigned workplace with the printed letter

Important Reporting Instructions

All selected candidates must report to their assigned employer within the timeframe specified in their appointment letters.

Candidates are required to bring:

Original academic certificates (from Form Four onwards)
All relevant professional documents

These documents will be verified by the employer before issuance of the official employment letter.

For Applicants Not Selected

Applicants whose names do not appear in the published announcement should understand that they were not successful in this round of recruitment. However, they are encouraged to continue applying for future job opportunities when new vacancies are announced.
