KCMC University is recruiting Assistant Lecturers or above in the following disciplines:
- Critical Care Nursing – 2 Posts
- Community Health Nursing – 2 Posts
Educational Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following minimum academic requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing with a GPA of 3.5 or above
- Master of Science (MSc) in:
- Critical Care Nursing or
- Community Health Nursing
- The Master’s degree must have a GPA of 4.0 or above

- Ability to design, develop, and implement academic programs
- Competence in setting, administering, supervising, and evaluating assessments

- Broad and deep knowledge of the relevant discipline and pedagogy
