POSITION: NORTHERN ZONE MANAGER (1 POSTS) 

The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales of all agricultural inputs, including seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, tractors, and related products, while managing operations and overall business performance within the assigned zone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets for all agricultural inputs within the zone.
  • Develop and implement effective zonal sales strategies.
  • Manage distribution to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, financial, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and supervise the zonal sales and operations team.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales and operations reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in agricultural inputs sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, with high integrity and professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.

POSITION: AGROCHEMICAL- SALES OFFICER (1 POSTS) 

POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Perform product analysis for agricultural pesticides, including insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and synthetic fertilizers. 
  • Conduct scientific product needs assessments and market evaluations. 
  • Undertake quality control procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards. 
  • Promote, market, negotiate, and recommend new agrochemical products to expand market opportunities. 
  • Support sales and business development activities to achieve company sales targets. 
  • Participate in new product development and product improvement initiatives. 
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on crop protection products and their proper usage.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Crop Protection, Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Plant Protection, Crop Science, or any other related field from a recognized institution. 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the agrochemical or agricultural industry. 
  • Strong knowledge of crop protection products, pesticides, fertilizers, and agricultural regulations. 
  • Experience in agrochemical sales and marketing will be an added advantage. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. 
  • Computer literacy and ability to prepare technical and sales reports.
