Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a member of the Secondary School Leadership Team.
- Support implementation of school improvement plans.
- Lead implementation of the school’s behavior and discipline policy.
- Lead the implementation of the school’s quality assurance systems and procedures.
- Track student academic progress and analyze performance data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ secondary school teaching experience.
- Leadership experience in quality assurance, discipline, or pastoral care.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Cambridge or international curriculum experience is an added advantage.
