The Embassy of the United Republic of Tanzania in Türkiye wishes to inform the Tanzanian public that the Government of the Republic of Türkiye, through its scholarship program (Türkiye Bursları) for the 2026/2027 academic year, has extended the deadline for receiving scholarship applications for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees until February 25, 2026 (11:59 p.m., Türkiye time).
The scholarship covers tuition fees, a monthly stipend, accommodation, health insurance, a round-trip air ticket to and from Türkiye, university placement and course registration, research support, and Turkish language training.
More information about the scholarship, including eligibility criteria and application procedures, is available on the official Türkiye Bursları website. Applications for the scholarship opened on January 10, 2026, and the deadline for submission is February 25, 2026.
