The Secretary of Parliament wishes to inform applicants for various positions in the Parliamentary Service mentioned in this announcement that they were successful in outperforming other applicants during the interviews conducted from 20th to 23rd December, 2025 at the Parliamentary Offices in Dodoma.
Accordingly, the successful candidates are informed that they are required to report for duty at the Parliamentary Offices in Dodoma no later than 5th January, 2026 for the purpose of completing their employment formalities and being assigned duties.
Applicants who are required to report for duty must come with original academic certificates starting from Form IV (Ordinary Level) onwards, in accordance with the job requirements, a Birth Certificate, National Identification Card, original Marriage Certificate (if applicable), and original birth certificates of their child/children (if any).
Those whose terms of employment require registration with their respective Professional Councils or Boards are required to report with their registration certificates as well as valid practicing licenses.
