Call for Interview - Parliament Office of Tanzania 2025

The Secretary to Parliament, Parliament Office, wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for employment that interviews are expected to be conducted from 20/12/2025 to 23/12/2025, after which successful candidates will be assigned duty stations. Applicants called for the interview are required to observe the following instructions:

  1. The interview will be conducted from the dates shown in this announcement. The time and venue for the interview are specified for each cadre.
  2. Every interviewee must have an identification document for verification purposes. Acceptable identification documents include: National ID, Voter’s ID, Employee ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driving License, or an introductory letter from the Local Government (Street/Village) of origin.
  3. Interviewees are required to come with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from Birth Certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree and above, depending on the qualifications of the respective post.
  4. Interviewees who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, Form IV and Form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
  5. For cadres that require registration with Professional Boards, interviewees must bring their original Registration Certificates together with valid practicing Licenses.
  6. Each interviewee will be responsible for their own food, transport, and accommodation. In addition, interviewees must attend the interview dressed neatly and decently in accordance with the official dress code circular.
  7. Interviewees who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA). Interviewees in cadres that require a GPA who studied outside Tanzania must submit a GPA conversion certificate from TCU.
  8. Interviewees who do not see their names in this announcement should log into their Ajira Portal accounts to view the reasons for not being shortlisted, so as not to miss future opportunities.
  9. All interviewees called for the interview must ensure they log into their accounts and copy their interview number. Interviewees who will conduct online screening interviews must remember the email address and password they use in the Ajira Portal system.
  10. Interviewees whose names differ across their documents must submit a Deed Poll (Affidavit for Change of Name) that has been registered with the Ministry of Lands.
