5. Kiswahili Teacher - 1

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. God-fearing, faithful, disciplined, and hardworking.
2. Creative, innovative, and passionate about teaching young learners.
3. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
4. Holder of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related subject.
ADDED ADVANTAGES
• Competence in computer applications (Microsoft Office, graphics, etc.)
• Skills in sports and games, music, carpentry, sewing, or child care
• Familiarity with Competence-Based Curriculum (CBC) and modern teaching methods
• Ability to inspire and maintain discipline among pupils
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Nursery School Teachers: Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education; patient, caring, and skilled in child development.
• Lower Primary (Std 1 & 2): Strong literacy and numeracy skills; experience in early childhood teaching.
• Mathematics & Science: Ability to simplify complex concepts and integrate practical experiments.
• Social Science & Kiswahili: Deep understanding of Tanzanian curriculum and culture.
• Chinese: Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin; ability to teach beginners
