For the purpose of conducting the General Election and in accordance with the provisions of section 6 (6) of the Presidential, Parliamentary, and Councillors Election Act No.1 of 2024, read together with Regulation 11 of the Presidential, Parliamentary, and Councillors Election Regulations of 2025, the Returning Officer for Kawe and Kinondoni Constituencies informs all applicants for the positions of Polling Station Supervisor, Assistant Polling Station Supervisor, and Voters’ Guide Clerk for the 2025 General Election who have been selected to attend the interview to be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at the Kiramuu Hall, Institute of Social Work and Ardhi University starting at 7:30 a.m.
1. All applicants must observe the following:
The interview will start at 7:30 a.m.
Each interviewee will cover all personal expenses including transport, meals, and accommodation.
Come with any form of identification.
2. Along with this announcement, a list of the names of applicants selected for the interview is attached.
