The Secretary of the Employment Secretariat in the Public Service, on behalf of MDAs & LGAs, and the College of Business Education (CBE), wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from 16/10/2025 to 24/10/2025. Successful candidates will be assigned work stations after the interviews. Applicants invited for interviews are required to observe the following instructions:
- Interviews will be conducted on the dates, times, and venues specified for each cadre in this notice.
- Every applicant must attend the interview wearing a mask.
- Every applicant must bring an identification document for verification.
- Acceptable identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, National ID, Passport, Driver’s License, or an official introduction letter from the local government (Ward/Village).
- Applicants must bring their original certificates, including Birth Certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, or higher qualifications, depending on the requirements of the position applied for.
- Applicants submitting testimonials, provisional results, statements of results, or result slips for Form IV or VI will not be accepted and will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.
- Each applicant is responsible for their own food, transport, and accommodation.
- Applicants must adhere to the date, time, and location assigned for their interview.
- Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and recognized by the relevant authorities (e.g., TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).
- Job applicants whose names do not appear in this notice should log in to their Employment Portal accounts to see the reason for not being invited to ensure they do not miss future opportunities.
- For cadres requiring registration with professional boards, applicants must bring their original registration certificates and licenses to practice.
