Duties and Responsibilities - AFISA UTAWALA II ( ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONELL )-PEMBA - 1 POST ZANZIBAR
1. Advise on the best methods for organizing, storing, and analyzing records of administrative results and events within the office.
2. Monitor and provide guidance on disciplinary matters in the office.
3. Coordinate, manage, and monitor the implementation of existing policies, laws, regulations, and guidelines.
4. Oversee administrative and operational responsibilities within the office.
5. Manage office hygiene and cleanliness.
6. Prepare performance reports, including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports.
7. Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
1. Must be a Zanzibari citizen aged not more than 46 years.
2. Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from an institution recognized by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar.
