Duties and Reaponsibilities
1. Collect, verify, and enter patient and service information into hospital systems.
2. Ensure that health registers are updated and that information is accurate and complete.
3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for hospital management and the Ministry of Health.
4. Support health teams by providing essential information for planning and decision-making.
5. Safeguard all patient records, ensuring confidentiality and security.
6. Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Must be a Zanzibari citizen aged not more than 46 years.
2. Must possess a Diploma in Health Statistics or Health Information from an institution recognized by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar.
