Human Resources Information Systems Officer Job Vacancy at Bulyanhulu Gold Mine

Bulyanhulu Gold Mine is currently seeking to recruit a Human Resources Information Systems Officer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our HR and payroll operations.


Key Responsibilities

As an HRIS Officer, you will be responsible for:

1. Processing and administering employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies.


2. Maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS and payroll systems, reflecting changes in job status, salary, and benefits.


3. Performing regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR and payroll data.


4. Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll tasks.


5. Preparing and delivering payroll and HR reports for management, including headcount, leave balances, and compensation summaries.


6. Handling employee lifecycle changes in systems, such as new hires, terminations, and promotions.


7. Responding to employee questions about payroll, deductions, benefits, and leave balances.


8. Coordinating with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.


9. Assisting with HRIS and payroll system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.


10. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.


11. Reviewing and validating attendance and timekeeping records for payroll accuracy.


12. Maintaining and updating standard operating procedures for payroll and HRIS operations.


13. Assisting with audits by providing accurate payroll and HRIS data and documentation.


14. Staying updated on Tanzanian labor laws governing payroll and HR compliance requirements, and helping implement necessary updates.
