Interviewees
Candidates invited for the interview must observe the following instructions:
1. The interview will be conducted starting from the date indicated in this announcement, at the time and venue specified for each cadre.
2. Every candidate must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.
3. Each candidate must bring an identification document for verification.
4. Acceptable IDs include: Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, National ID, or Passport.
5. Candidates must bring their original certificates, starting from the birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and onwards depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
6. Candidates who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, or Form IV & VI results slips will NOT be accepted and will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.
7. Each candidate will cater for their own food, transport, and accommodation expenses.
8. Every candidate must strictly follow the date, time, and venue assigned for their interview.
9. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
10. Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should understand that they did not meet the requirements. However, they are encouraged to apply again when new vacancies are announced, while carefully observing the stated requirements.
11. For professions requiring registration with professional boards, candidates must bring their original registration certificates and valid practicing licenses.
12. All shortlisted candidates must log into their accounts and record their exam number, as these numbers will not be provided on the interview day.
13. Candidates whose names differ across their documents must present a registered Deed Poll (Name Change Affidavit) from the Ministry of Lands.
