
Musoma District Council Job Interview Notice
The Executive Director of Musoma District Council would like to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions that interviews are expected to be conducted from 23/06/2026 to 26/06/2026. Successful candidates will later be assigned to their respective duty stations.
All shortlisted applicants are required to observe the following instructions:
- The interview will be conducted on the dates indicated in this notice. The exact time and venue for each position (cadre) have been clearly stated.
- Each candidate must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask (barakoa).
- Every applicant must come with a valid identification document for verification purposes.
Accepted IDs include:- National ID or Resident ID
- Voter’s ID
- Work ID
- Citizenship ID
- Passport
- Driving License
- Introduction letter from local government (village or street office)
- Candidates must bring their original academic certificates, starting from birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Certificate, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree, and above depending on the requirements of the specific position.
- Applicants who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, or Form IV/VI result slips WILL NOT be accepted and will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.
- Candidates for professions that require registration with professional boards must bring their original registration certificates and practicing licenses.
- All candidates will cater for their own food, transport, and accommodation costs. They are also required to attend the interview in neat and decent attire according to official dress code guidelines.
- Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by relevant authorities such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA. Those whose jobs require GPA must also present a GPA equivalency certificate from TCU.
- Applicants who do not see their names in this announcement are advised to log in to their Ajira Portal accounts to check reasons for non-selection so they do not miss future opportunities.
- All shortlisted candidates must log in to their accounts and copy their interview number. Those participating in online screening interviews should remember their email addresses and passwords used in the Ajira Portal system.
- Candidates whose names differ across their documents must present a legally registered Deed Poll (name change affidavit) from the Ministry of Lands.
- All applicants are reminded that bribery is strictly prohibited. The recruitment process is based on fairness, transparency, and merit according to job qualifications and public service regulations.
