Key Responsibilities of Hospital Patron at Kitengule Hospital
Nursing Leadership and Supervision
- Provide overall leadership and supervision of nursing services across all hospital departments.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, procedures, and professional ethics.
- Monitor nursing performance and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and guide nursing staff to achieve excellence in patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants for the Hospital Patron position at Kitengule Hospital must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration and practicing license from the Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council (TNMC).
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing experience.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in nursing supervision or leadership roles.
- Experience in hospital nursing management and patient care coordination.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Kiswahili.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Computer literacy with ability to prepare reports and presentations.
Added advantage: Postgraduate qualification in Nursing Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Services Management, or related fields.
