Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills, experience in food service operations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in food service, hospitality, or a related field
Language: English
Work Location: On-site (no remote work option available)
Work Setting: Various locations

Key Responsibilities

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will:

Establish methods to meet work schedules and operational goals
Supervise and coordinate staff involved in food preparation and portioning
Train employees on job duties, sanitation practices, and safety procedures
Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Hire and support food service staff
Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently maintained
Address customer complaints and concerns professionally
Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage
Prepare and submit operational reports
Prepare food order summaries for chefs
Demonstrate knowledge of the establishment’s culinary offerings
Supervise and inspect food assembly processes

Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 3 to 4 employees
