Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the bank’s sales operations and expanding its customer base. Duties include:
1. Achieving Sales Targets
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by promoting the bank’s retail banking liability products, including savings and deposit accounts.
2. Customer Engagement
Identify, approach, and interact with potential customers daily to introduce the bank’s products and services.
3. Account Opening Support
Assist customers in completing the account opening process while ensuring all required documentation is properly submitted.
4. Compliance and Regulations
Ensure full compliance with banking regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
5. Professional Representation
Represent the bank with professionalism and uphold a strong “customer-first” service philosophy while interacting with clients.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum Form Four (O-Level) up to Diploma level.
- Age: 18 years and above.
- Technical Requirement: Must own an Android smartphone (Version 7 or higher) with at least a 5MP camera.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Confidence in approaching and engaging customers
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or retail banking products will be considered an added advantage.
