Job Purpose: Senior Relationship Manager
To grow and retain a portfolio of Institutional Banking clients (both Government and Private Institutions) by performing a proactive, mobile, value-adding financial partnership role, ensuring that close personal attention is given to providing a full array of customized financial solutions and services tailored to meet the growth needs of Institutional clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Master’s Degree in Banking or Business Studies (added advantage).
3. Banking Certifications: Professional certifications in banking (added advantage).
4. Work Experience (4+ years required):
Relationship Management with Donors’ and Investors’ funded projects.
Government clients.
Other Public Sector Institutional clients.
