Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage weighbridge administration in full compliance with company procedures.
- Perform accurate weighing and proper recording of truck weights.
- Verify that recorded weights match invoices or delivery documentation.
- Ensure trucks do not leave with excess or insufficient product unless supported by written authorization from the Packing Plant.
- Plan, coordinate, and control dispatch-related plant operations.
- Maintain precise and reliable weight records.
- Deliver excellent customer care and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and statutory regulations.
- Adhere to the HM Group Code of Business Conduct, Compliance Policies, and Guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Order Planning and Customer Fulfillment
- Ensure daily sales orders are planned on time and publish accurate route schedules.
- Identify potential delivery risks and implement corrective actions.
- Allocate orders to transporters in the most cost-effective manner.
- Communicate changes in transport allocations, shipping points, or rates before confirming load allocations.
- Ensure Proof of Deliveries (PODs) are returned within KPI timelines.
- Identify carry-over orders and provide timely feedback to customers.
- Download ERP system orders into Microsoft Excel for daily scheduling.
Geographic and Customer Knowledge
- Develop strong knowledge of geographic regions and terrain conditions.
- Understand customer delivery preferences, timing, and off-loading requirements.
Administration and Database Management
- Maintain and update transporter contact databases.
- Distribute rate sheets and relevant communications effectively.
- Source transport rates and ensure updates in the rates database.
Relationship Management
- Confirm truck availability with approved transporters.
- Ensure accurate and complete load feedback.
- Build trustworthy and mutually beneficial relationships with transporters.
- Understand key transport business factors such as capacity, routes, and availability.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Adhere to the Heidelberg Materials Group Code of Business Conduct and compliance policies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Logistics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in order generation, fulfillment, or distribution.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and transportation business models.
- Knowledge of geographic regions and customer delivery requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
