Ajira Portal is a Government system that manages the recruitment process by allowing job applicants to compete for available positions. All jobs announced by the Secretariat of Employment in the Public Service are processed according to the employer’s criteria and requirements. Therefore, all applicants who meet the required qualifications are assigned work stations accordingly.
Important Things to Consider
The first requirement is to have your own account in the Ajira Portal system, and it must be fully completed. After creating your account, you are required to fill in your educational information, residence details, curriculum vitae (CV), languages you can speak, and your computer skills. Once your profile is complete, you will be eligible to apply for positions for which you meet the qualifications.
Note: Your academic certificates and transcripts must be certified and stamped by a lawyer. Do not forget to also attach your birth certificate.
One important requirement concerns the application letter. The application letter must be signed by hand before uploading and submitting your job application. Even if the letter is typed using a computer, it must still be manually signed.
Before submitting your application, make sure you carefully read the general conditions stated in the new job advertisement posted on the Ajira Portal. This will increase your chances of being called for employment or invited for an interview.
