Duties and Responsibilities - MTUNZA GHALA III ( STORE CLERKS)-PEMBA - 2 POST
1. Receive, inspect, and record hospital supplies upon arrival.
2. Store supplies securely to prevent loss or damage.
3. Distribute supplies to departments according to approved requests and maintain records.
4. Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and track expiration dates.
5. Ensure stock cards and warehouse records are updated accurately.
6. Ensure proper use of hospital assets, maintain confidentiality, and follow warehouse procedures.
7. Perform any other related duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
1. Must be a Zanzibari citizen aged not more than 46 years.
2. Must hold an Ordinary Diploma in Procurement and Supply Management from an institution recognized by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar.
