The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of the Tanzania Agricultural Research Institute (TARI), the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA), the Tanzania Institute of Education (TIE), and the Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP), wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from October 8, 2025, to October 3, 2025. Successful candidates will subsequently be assigned duty stations.
Applicants invited for interviews are required to follow the instructions below:
1. Interviews will be conducted on the dates, times, and locations specified in this announcement for each cadre.
2. Each applicant must arrive at the interview venue wearing a mask.
3. Applicants must carry an identification document for verification. Accepted forms of ID include:
Resident ID
Voter ID
Employment ID
National ID
Passport
Driver’s license
Identification letter from the local government (Ward/Village).
4. Applicants must bring their original certificates, including birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, diplomas, bachelor’s degrees, and higher qualifications, depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
5. Submission of Testimonials, Provisional Results, or Result Slips for Form IV or Form VI will not be accepted, and such applicants will not be allowed to continue with the interview.
6. Applicants are responsible for their own food, transport, and accommodation.
7. Applicants must adhere to the date, time, and venue assigned for their interview.
8. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and recognized by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).
9. Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should check their Ajira Portal accounts to understand why they were not called, so as not to miss future opportunities.
10. For cadres that require registration with professional boards, applicants must bring their original professional registration certificates and work licenses.
11. All applicants invited for interviews must log into their Ajira Portal accounts to copy their exam numbers, as these numbers will not be provided at the interview.
12. Applicants whose names differ on their documents must provide a Deed Poll registered with the Ministry of Lands to verify the name change.
