For the purpose of conducting the General Election and in accordance with the provisions of section 6(6) of the Elections Act for the President, Members of Parliament and Councilors No. 1 of 2024, read together with Regulation 11 of the Elections Regulations for the President, Members of Parliament and Councilors of 2025, the Returning Officer for Ilongero Constituency informs all Polling Station Officials who have been selected for the positions of Presiding Officers, Assistant Presiding Officers, and Polling Clerks to attend training.
The training will be conducted at the Division level starting from 1:00 a.m. on the following dates and venues:
i. October 25, 2025 – Training for Lead Polling Clerks at Ilongero Secondary School Hall.
ii. October 26–27, 2025 – Training for Presiding Officers and Assistant Presiding Officers at the following venues:
