We are seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Front Office professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.
As a Driver, you will be responsible for meeting and assisting hotel guests upon arrival and departure, as well as performing driving-related duties and responsibilities. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival.
- Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the lobby.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and its services, providing information and responding to guest inquiries.
- Conduct effective handovers by obtaining information from the earlier shift.
- Forward all guest complaints or issues to the manager on duty.
- Perform trips and drives with the hotel car or bus as requested.
- Control and secure all guests’ car keys.
- Ensure proper handover to the night shift in coordination with the early Shift Leader.
- Establish, promote, and maintain good public relations while meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of parking spaces and the key cabinet.
- Ensure smooth and efficient airport and crew transportation flow.
Education, Qualifications & Experience
You should ideally have vocational training in the hospitality field with previous experience in the Front Office or Transportation field. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. A valid local Driving License and strong knowledge of the country’s traffic laws are also essential.
