Job Vacancies at Buchosa
The Director of Buchosa District Council announces fifteen (15) contract positions for Revenue Collectors, who will be employed for a period of six months from 1 October to 31 March 2025 for the 2025/2026 financial year. Revenue will be collected from various sources as specified in the contracts, which will be prepared following the completion of the temporary employment procedures.
Job Responsibilities:

Collect revenue from assigned sources.

Ensure all collected revenue for the day is deposited in the bank.

Ensure all collections are made using the POS machine and issue valid council receipts.

Ensure the POS machine is in good working condition and remains online at all times.

Use the weighing scale provided by the Council to measure goods (fish, rice, paddy, etc.).

Ensure clients receive their receipts for paid goods promptly without handling cash directly.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
