The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat on behalf of the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), MDAs & LGAs, Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS), Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA), Office of the Treasury Registrar (OTR), Eastern Africa Statistical Training Centre (EASTC) wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for jobs that the interview is expected to be conducted from 30/09/2025 to 24/10/2025 and eventually assign job stations to successful candidates. Candidates called for the interview are required to adhere to the following instructions:
The interview will take place on the dates indicated in this notice; the time and location for each category are specified.
Each interviewee must attend the interview wearing a mask.
Each interviewee must have an identification document for verification.
Acceptable identification documents include: National ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, or Passport.
Applicants must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, including Birth Certificate, Form IV, Form VI, NTA Level 4, NTA Level 5, NTA Level 6, and others depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
Applicants who submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and Form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and will not be allowed to continue with the interview.
Each applicant will cover their own food, transport, and accommodation expenses.
Each applicant must adhere to the date, time, and place assigned for their interview.
Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
Job applicants whose names do not appear in this notice should understand that they did not meet the requirements. They are encouraged to apply again when vacancies are announced, ensuring they meet the requirements of the respective notice.
For categories that require registration with their Professional Boards, applicants must bring their ORIGINAL Registration Certificates along with Work Licenses.
All interviewees must ensure they log into their accounts and copy their exam numbers, as these numbers will not be provided at the interview.
