The Chief Executive Officer of Kilosa District Council wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from 09-09-2025 to 10-09-2025, after which successful candidates will be assigned their respective work stations. Applicants called for interviews must observe the following instructions:
1. Interviews will be conducted on the dates, times, and locations specified for each cadre in this announcement.
2. Every applicant must attend the interview wearing a face mask.
3. Each applicant must bring an identification document for verification.
4. Acceptable identification includes: Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, National ID, or Passport.
5. Applicants must bring their original certificates, including birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and other qualifications depending on the applicant’s profile.
6. Applicants submitting Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and Form VI results slips will not be accepted and will not be allowed to continue with the interview.
7. Each applicant is responsible for their own food, transport, and accommodation.
8. Applicants must strictly adhere to the date, time, and place assigned for their interview.
9. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (e.g., TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
10. Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they did not meet the requirements. They are encouraged to apply again when new vacancies are announced, adhering to the specific requirements of those announcements.
11. For cadres that require registration with their Professional Boards, applicants must bring their original registration certificates and work licenses.
12. All applicants called for interviews must log into their accounts and copy their examination numbers, as these numbers will not be provided during the interview.
