Job Opportunity – FAIBA Service Registration Agent
Tanzania Telecommunications Corporation (TTCL) invites qualified and motivated youth to apply for the position of FAIBA Service Registration Agent in Unguja Island, Zanzibar.
Applicant Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be a Zanzibar resident with valid identification such as Zanzibar ID, Voter ID, or Driver’s License.
- Must have at least a Form Four (Secondary School) education certificate.
- Must live within the Zanzibar service area.
- Must be able to read and write Swahili and/or English.
- Must have good discipline, honesty, and a clean criminal record.
- Must be able to use a smartphone.
- Must be willing to attend training and follow company guidelines.
- Must have good communication and customer service skills.
