Job Summary
Ensuring overall Branch Management, Staff Management, Branch profitability, Business Growth (customer, deposit, asset, channel), Development and Service Excellence. The Branch Manager will lead, develop, and manage a branch to ensure achievement of the business objectives with responsibility for Revenue Generation through increase of Non Funded Income and Non- Interest Income. Deliver branch plan including leads/sales prospect management and overall customer experience and establish the Bank as a provider of world class Consumer banking solutions. Direct, supervise and in charge of frontline staff (SO, Personal Bankers). Liaise with Branch Operation Manager to optimize cost through effective resource management within the branch with maximum productivity and foster customer-centric ethos within the branch. Key Performance Measures: Meet core business KPIs (PBT, Branch Profitability, Growth in MIS, NTB Business, Net Customer Growth, NPS, Dormancy ratio, NFI and NII Income, Digital active customers, Revenue, TAT, Cross Selling Ratios).Support Management of Branch Operation risk measures including Audit Assurance and Operational Losses.
Responsibilities
Financial & Business Growth (60%)
- Develop and execute branch strategy to drive profitability, liabilities, assets, and new customer acquisition
- Monitor branch performance against targets and reduce customer dormancy
- Conduct market research to identify trends and recommend new product opportunities
- Manage leads pipeline and prepare performance reports
- Drive cross-selling across banking products and manage borrowing/non-borrowing accounts
People Management (15%)
- Build and lead a high-performing team; set KPIs and conduct performance reviews
- Chair daily huddles and weekly/monthly meetings
- Provide training, guidance, and handle staff disciplinary issues
- Ensure succession planning and maintain leave/training schedules
Customer Experience (10%)

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management, marketing, economics, accounting, finance, or any other related field. Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience at branch management level
- Proven track record of driving branch profitability and meeting sales targets
- Experience managing teams and handling operational risk
- In-depth knowledge of banking products (treasury, trade finance, bancassurance, SME banking)
- Understanding of KYC/AML regulations and audit processes
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive strategies

Job Description
The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain up-to-date, accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, receipts, payroll, and statutory deductions (PAYE, SDL, NSSF, WCF, City Service Levy).
- Enter and reconcile financial data in Tally, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
- Coordinate banking activities, including setting up, managing, and balancing accounts.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory returns to relevant authorities.
