The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), wishes to inform all job applicants that the interviews are expected to be conducted from 20-11-2025 to 21-11-2025, after which successful candidates will be assigned to their respective duty stations. Candidates who have been called for the interview must observe the following instructions:
1. Interviews will be conducted from the dates indicated in this announcement, and the time and venue for each interview have been specified according to each cadre.
2. Every candidate must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.
Each candidate must also bring an identification document for verification.
• Accepted identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, National ID, Passport, Driver’s License, or a letter of introduction from the Local Government Office (Ward/Village) of origin.
3. Candidates are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, including the birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Certificate, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree and onwards, depending on the job requirements.
4. Candidates who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, or Form IV and Form VI result slips will NOT be accepted and will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.
5. For cadres that require registration with Professional Boards, candidates must bring their original Registration Certificates and valid Practice Licenses.
6. Each candidate will cover their own meals, transport, and accommodation expenses.
In addition, all candidates must attend the interview dressed neatly and decently in accordance with the official dress code guidelines.
7. Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).
Candidates in cadres requiring a GPA who studied outside Tanzania must submit a GPA equivalence certificate from TCU.
8. Candidates who do not see their names on this announcement must log into their Ajira Portal accounts to check the reasons for not being shortlisted so that they do not miss future opportunities.
9. All candidates who have been shortlisted must log into their accounts and copy their interview numbers.
Also, candidates who will take screening interviews online must remember the email address and password they use in the Ajira Portal system.
10. Candidates whose names differ on their documents must submit a registered Deed Poll for Change of Name issued by the Ministry of Lands.
