For the purpose of conducting the General Election and in accordance with the provisions of Section 6(6) of the Elections Act for the President, Members of Parliament, and Councillors No. 1 of 2024, read together with Regulation 1 of the Elections Regulations for the President, Members of Parliament, and Councillors of 2025, the Returning Officer for Chamazi, Mbagala, and Temeke Constituencies hereby informs all applicants for the positions of Presiding Officer, Assistant Presiding Officer, and Voter Guide Clerk for the 2025 General Election who have been shortlisted to attend an interview to be held on Wednesday, 15th October 2025, at the Ward Office where your name appears, starting from 1:30 a.m. (in the morning).
All applicants are required to observe the following:
The interview will start at 1:30 a.m. sharp.
Each applicant will bear their own costs, including transport, meals, and accommodation.
Come with one of the following identification documents: NIDA ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Student ID, or Driving License.
Together with this announcement, the list of shortlisted applicants invited for the interview is attached.
