The National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) informs the public that the results of the third round selection for applicants of Health and Allied Sciences programs for the 2025/2026 academic year have been officially announced today, 5th October 2025.
The Council coordinated the third round admission of students into various Health and Allied Sciences programs through the Joint Admission System (CAS) for the 2025/2026 academic year. A total of 10,622 applicants completed their applications by selecting their preferred institutions/programs. Among them, 9,697 applicants were eligible for the programs they applied for, while 925 were ineligible.
A total of 6,271 applicants have been selected to join institutions offering various Health and Allied Sciences programs, of which 3,276 (52%) are female and 2,995 (48%) are male. Among the selected applicants, 194 were admitted to public institutions and 6,077 to private institutions.
Applicants who were eligible but not selected due to competition in the programs and institutions they applied for are advised to apply for institutions with available vacancies in the fourth and final round through the Joint Admission System. All applicants can check the selection results via the Council’s website (www.nactvet.go.tz) by clicking on CAS Selection 2025 for more information.
The Council informs the public that the fourth and final round window is officially open from 5th to 15th October 2025, and the selection results will be released on 21st October 2025. Additionally, applicants who wish to change their program or institution can use the transfer window, which is open from 5th to 15th October 2025, to complete their applications through their account used for application and selection.
